MEDI offers CAOHC approved Occupational Hearing
Conservation and NIOSH Approved Spirometry Courses.
The Occupational Hearing Conservation Course is
directed by Charles Fankhauser, Ph.D and the
Spirometry Course is directed by Kendra Palmer
Anderson, BA, CST.
MEDI offers certification courses in the following

Course payment must be received by the first day of
class or a late fee of $50.00 will be charged.
Registration is refundable, less a 15%
administrative fee if notice of cancellation is
received at least 7 days prior to the course date.
If notice of cancellation is received less than 7
days prior to the course date, the course payment
will be refunded less a 25% administrative fee. You
may transfer your registration fee to another course
that is scheduled within 12 months of your original
course date. Participant substitution can be made at
any time. Please note that if you do not cancel and
do not attend, you are still responsible for
payment. Course fee does not include hotel or
transportation costs.
*PLEASE NOTE: Course fees include CAOHC Certification and a
MEDI course manual. CAOHC Hearing Conservation
Manual, 4th Edition, is also available for purchase
at $60.00 each. To purchase a CAOHC manual, please

What does the fee for each course include?
Fee for the certification of the Occupational
Hearing Course includes: The required MEDI course
manual and the CAOHC 5-year certification. Courses
begin on their corresponding dates starting promptly
each morning at 8:00 AM and ending at 5:00 PM. The
final day of the Hearing Conservation Course will
end at 12:00 PM. Please note: Course fees no longer
include the CAOHC course manual. CAOHC course
manuals are available for $60.00 each, otherwise you
will receive the MEDI course manual. To purchase,

Fee for certification of the Spirometry Course
includes: The required NIOSH Approved Spirometry
Training and Certification Course manual and the
5-year certification. Courses begin on their
corresponding dates starting promptly each morning
at 8:00 AM and ending at 5:00 PM.
Misplaced your certificate?
Please call us and we will send you a replacement
certificate for a fee of $25. Please have your Visa
